Who We Are

Truman State’s Delta Chi chapter was charted in 1978 and has continued to develop and grow since.  We are currently made up of 70 members from all areas of study.  Our fraternity was founded on four pillars: Friendship, Character, Justice, and Education.

Delta Chi’s are very active on campus and around the Kirksville area.  This includes:

Chapter Achievements:

  • Awarded a President’s Cup for 2016-2017 by our Nationals. An award only given to the top 5 Delta Chi’s in the nation
  • As well as the President’s Cup, we earned 7 out of 8 possible awards of excellence
  • Nearly 40 years of continued success on campus
  • Hosted the 2017 Delta Chi Regional Leadership conference for most of the Midwest, and served as an exemplary chapter for others to follow
  • Consistently have members not only involved in other organizations, but leading them as well
  • We host successful philanthropy events for many organizations, including: V Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society and others
