The Delta Chi chapter house is right on the edge of campus, just west of Centennial Hall. Our house was built in 2005 and it comfortably houses 16 brothers. The house has three floors, each with a common area. There are two full kitchens in the house and each floor has a full bathroom, along with a half bath on the main floor. Our house is in fantastic shape, in accordance with the seventh basic expectation of The Delta Chi Fraternity: “I will acknowledge that a clean and attractive environment is essential for both physical and mental health; therefore, I will do all in my power to see that the chapter property is safe, properly cleaned and maintained.”
