We are proud of our brotherhood.
Truman State Delta Chi has won Brotherhood of the Year at the Leadership Recognition Program. We were able to win this award due to our multidimensional brotherhood. Our brothers are always supporting each other, having fun together, or studying together.
Brotherhood Events
In Delta Chi, we have a brotherhood chair who puts on events for the brothers to spend time together and have fun. We have movie nights, road trips to Applebee’s, Delta Survivor, and many other brotherhood events. These events are for the whole chapter to attend and always are a great time. Not all brotherhood events are planned. For example, some include attending a brother’s athletic event. Brother Nolan Meara had a track and field event, so we went to support!
Intramurals
In Delta Chi, we value mental and physical wellbeing, and a big way we promote this is through our involvement in Truman State’s Intramurals. With the help of our IM’s Chair, Delta Chi has won multiple IM championships in the past few years, including Men’s Basketball, 7v7 and 4v4 Men’s Flag Football, Men’s Wiffleball, and Men’s Sand Volleyball. These are great ways to get involved in the chapter and on campus!
Parent’s Weekends
Every semester, Delta Chi hosts a Dad’s Weekend (Fall) or Mom’s Weekend (Spring). This is a weekend of celebrating those who raised us and helped create the men we are today. The itinerary is packed, typically involving trivia, potluck, auctions, among other fantastic events planned by our Parental Relations Chair.
